The announcement came shortly after she filed for divorce from fellow rapper Offset.
The hip-hop power couple married in 2017 and share two children. Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, also has three children from previous relationships, according to Entertainment Tonight
Cardi B and Offset, who got married in 2017, have two children: 6-year-old daughter Kulture and 2-year-old son Wave. Their divorce “is not based on any one particular incident, it has been a long time coming and is amicable,” a representative for Cardi B said in a statement Thursday.
Cardi B had filed for divorce from Offset in 2020 before the couple decided to reunite.
